William Peace University Student Kyndall Morgan Greenough of Wallace is Helping Support at Risk Students In Wake County

2012 Oct 2

Students from the William Peace University Teacher Education Club are partnering with the Cary Rotary Club for the Read a Book, Get a Book program.

Kyndall Morgan Greenough of Wallace, NC, is one of 15 students responsible for reviewing the books, establishing a grade level, and marking the books appropriately. The ongoing project is part of a partnership with the Cary Rotary Club to support at risk students in Wake County.

There are many children in Wake County that do not have books in their home to read. The Read a Book, Get a Book program provides gently used books to these students.
